Bloodlines

There are many different types of Intelligent people that exist in the world, we represent categories of these people by Bloodlines. Within the bloodlines though, there are seemingly endless variations of species. Such as the Sylvan bloodline and the Elf species, or the Terran bloodline and the dwarf species.

To represent the variations of species, a player is permitted to choose a few racial perks and create their own visual representation for their species, or they can choose a species of specific origin, such as elf or dwarf.

Sylvan

The Sylvan bloodline are the fae of the world, creatures like elves, satyrs, centaurs, faeries, and so on. Sylvan typically have elements of nature or other animals incorporated in their bodies. For instance the satyr has the horns of a ram and the legs of a deer, a centaur has a torso similar to a human, but the lower body is that of a horse. Having antlers or horns, thick fur, bird-like wings, or insectile wings, these types of things are typical for a sylvan. Some sylvan even have elements of plantlife, like a dryad having bark-like skin and leaves growing in the hair on their heads. Keep this in mind when you are designing your sylvan character.

Terran

Terrans are built from the dirt and stone of the world, creatures like dwarves and gnomes. Terrans are typically tough, resilient people that typically live in a subterranean environment and that is sometimes represented by a smaller stature or even some natural digging or burrowing ability like claws similar to a mole. Terran also will occasionally have eyesight that allows them to see better in dark environments or the ability to sense their surroundings in some other way. Keep this in mind when you are designing your terran character.

Goblin

Goblins are the ugly side of the natural world, the warts on the tree, the swamps and bogs, or the maggots feasting on the dead. As such, goblin peoples are typically considered ugly by the other bloodlines of the world. Goblins can range in size and look from the thick heavy-bodied orcs to the short and frail kobold. Goblins have color ranges based on earthy tones, dark green, brown, or even black skin tones, while their head hair can range in color much more wildly and possibly even bright colored hair. Keep all this in mind when designing your goblin character.

Human

Humans are the least varied bloodline, with only minor differences in their skin tone and/or hair type. Mostly these variations depend on the geographic location of their ancestry, unlike the other bloodlines that can vary wildly in the same geographic area. Keep this in mind when making your human character.
